Flow reporting on digital interactions

I’ve completed an extensive flow with hundreds of contacts and thousands of emails. I would now like to pull a report based on the digital interactions of the contacts, so I can focus on higher digital interaction counts. How do I pull this report?

There seems to be issues with Gong Community. The first time I posted this same question it disappeared a few hours later. Now I’m getting notification that there was a response to my question but I log in and see nothing.

Hi @Jason Harder, so sorry to hear about these issues! The first time you posted this question, I moved it over to the Engage group.

Here is @Brandon James’ answer to your previous question which was answered in the group:

The Digital Interaction metrics you see in Gong are a count not a score but if you’d like to create a formula for a score based on how you weight the different types of interactions, you’re certainly able to this since the solution I’ll recommend here involves starting with the raw data.

The best way to approach answering this question would be using the CSV export from the Engage Analytics.

You’ll need to be a manager or admin to do the download so once you set the appropriate date range and download the files, you’ll want to merge columns from the email file (email opened, email clicked, replied to, etc. as desired) onto the flow steps file (matching rows based on the Email ID column) and then filter the data to that flow, just yourself and then do some sort of aggregation by unique prospect since they may have interacted across multiple different steps in the flow.

Hope this helps, let me know if you have any additional questions on this!
