Hello-
We have a number of customers that ask us to disable call recording for security reasons. As a result, we need to manually take notes. What is the best way to make these notes visible to Gong and the specific account history?
Ideally, it would be great to add the meeting notes to a specific field in SFDC in the Calendar event, and have that sync back to Gong into the Gong Calendar event.
Another option would be to have the ability to add additional notes to an existing Calendar event, and have that incorporated into the summary and synced back to SFDC.
Let me know if there is something I am missing on this.
