Time to generate Call Spotlight for recordings?

Hi there,

I’m trying to use the API to capture the Call Spotlight information (Call Brief, Next Steps, etc) when a call recording is ready using the Gong API (specifically the /v2/calls/extensive endpoint) so I can bring that information into our CRM.

It worked well when I was backdating for prior calls, but when I’m triggering the automation off of a recording it seems the spotlight information isn’t ready yet - sometimes taking 3+ hours before I’m able to run the call successfully.

Is there a way to trigger the system to generate the spotlight when I need it outside of accessing the call recording manually, or a consistent time I can use to wait before attempting to access the spotlight data so I can avoid wasting API calls?
