**This session is meant for Managers, Frontline Managers, and Admins who have been using Gong for at least a month.**

In this Next Level Deals training you will dig in to Gong's Deal Execution tools to help you quickly assess risk, forecast which deals are really on track to close, and identify opportunities within your sales team to help close more deals. You will leave this session with a rich understanding of best in class workflows for:

  • Identifying key deal characteristics to help pinpoint risk
  • Customizing your deal board to align with your sales process (rollups, fields, warnings)
  • Using  Deal Drivers to identify coaching opportunities to close more deals
