Working our close lost pipeline, I’m inspecting a deal and adding comments.
Because these comments and dialogue are not made on a call--I can’t easily see a roll up of coaching conversations related to a close lost deal (unless) I find the call in the 12 month history timeline and attach the comment to the call.
What about when there IS no call? No show’d a demo, all calls were no answer.
