Track manager comments not made on calls (close lost)

Hello 

Working our close lost pipeline, I’m inspecting a deal and adding comments. 
Because these comments and dialogue are not made on a call--I can’t easily see a roll up of coaching conversations related to a close lost deal (unless) I find the call in the 12 month history timeline and attach the comment to the call. 

What about when there IS no call?  No show’d a demo, all calls were no answer.

Hi again @David Wiggs, I pinged your CSM and he let me know that you connected on this yesterday.

For future folks finding this thread — unfortunately, there’s no great way to do this currently in Gong. However, I recommend submitting it as a feature request, which you can do on the righthand side of this page!
