Frontline Manager Foundation Certification

Welcome to the Community! It’s great to have someone from Sales Ops in the mix.

You’ll find that the Foundation Certification is fantastic for bolstering manager coaching and tying those behaviors directly back to Gong workflows. It really gives leaders a clear playbook for driving team performance.

A couple of tips as you dive in:

• Practice in Real-Time: I highly recommend taking a moment between courses to log into your own Gong account. Exploring the workflows you’ve just learned with your own data makes the concepts 'click' much faster.

• Look Ahead: Since you’re in Ops, you might find the Program Manager Launch Certification especially useful next. It dives into the technical configuration and the 'nuts and bolts' of the back end.
