We are now needing to assign trainings to new hires that our segments have completed of existing employees.
Our director is currently taking almost 10 steps that is an hour long every other week to add in new cohorts.
One thing we considered was just a new course titled with the cohort and assign simply that way with the 10-20 people based on our onboarding lists.
But what are the best ways you are managing adding new hires to trainings that need to complete trainings that have been assigned to hundreds before? What automation are you using?
