HI! LOVE GONG! Longtime Gong user here, newer user to Gong Enable (SOOOOOO PUMPED). I wanted to ask if anyone had workarounds to assign the trainings in bulk? I know we could assign by clicking the CRO and everyone under his org but not the entire 185 need it...we have to manually go line by line. NOT ideal. Would love if we could do groups or CSV upload to assign? Or by role? Anyone got tips to save us time?

How to bulk assign trainer
Today there’s no CSV upload, groups, or “assign by role” for trainings.
- Best workarounds:
- Use the training link from “Manage assignments → Copy link” and have only the 185 folks complete it (they get added once they submit).
- Or assign at the CRO org, then use bulk actions on the assignments page to remove the people who don’t actually need it.
That’s as close as we can get to “bulk assign” without true CSV/groups in product yet.
