1.  I would love to learn about the complexity of the Gong system, while tailoring it to the needs of the client during implementation. 
2. Becoming launch certified is critical in the growth of my role at OBF/2x!  Bettering my skills for future needs of the client.

What is at least one thing you want to learn while completing the Program Manager Launch Certification Study Guide? 

I want to learn how to position Gong within my organization in a way that gets our sales team excited and energized about using the tool. Our main priority as an organization is growth. We’re counting on our sales team to adopt new, more formalized processes in order to better manage our revenue operations. 

We’re a small organization with ~20 salespeople at different skill and experience levels, so I’m especially looking forward to seeing the data we collect once we’re ramped up with Gong. That being said, I’m also prepared to face pushback from some of our more seasoned salespeople, who are slow to adopt new technology.

I hope that through the PM launch certification I learn about all of the ways Gong will add value to our sales team’s workflows. 

• What is your goal in becoming Launch certified?
  
  I’m a novice with Gong right now but the org I’m with will be needing me to be an expert as quickly as possible so I’m hopeful I can dig-in, absorb the content, and the Launch certification training will help me get closer to that Master Jedi level!

I’m new to Gong and have a lot to learn! I have a few goals

• Understand the basics of the Gong Platform
• Ensure Sales team adoption through a successful implementation and launch of this new tool
• Feel prepared as the owner and go-to Gong expert for our org through an understanding of best practices.

I would like to have a better understanding of how GONG can be utilized more thoroughly with our organization, giving insight into key data points and opening the opportunity to act upon those.

I want to learn about how to best implement Gong’s rich features set, their best practices, pros and cons, and how to deliver successful implementation, across different verticals and industries.

• How the most effective program managers scale their use of streams, market trends and initiatives within Gong across GTM teams.
• Primary use cases for sales leaders vs. sales managers vs. sellers.
• How do customer success managers and account executives partner with professional services to leverage Gong.

What is your goal in becoming Program Manager Launch certified? - I want to gain a detailed understanding, not only of the Gong platform, but how to best implement Gong for the teams and groups I support. Moreover, I want to eventually be considered a ‘go-to’ resource within my organization for all things Gong. 

What is at least one thing you want to learn while completing the Program Manager Launch Certification Study Guide?  → to better understand Gong so to give my customer the best and most confident experience possible.

What is your goal in becoming Launch certified? → It is needed for my role but to also expand my knowledge of one of the top GTM tool available.

• What is at least one thing you want to learn while completing the Program Manager Launch Certification Study Guide? I am looking to understand the best way approach forecasting that reduces the friction in our current process and improves accuracy.

• What is your goal in becoming Launch certified? I need to become the Gong expert for our company so I can answer questions and lead initiatives for our organization.

Hiya! I’m acting as internal SME for Gong and I’d like to accomplish a few things:

1. strengthen our GTM sales motion using Gong’s data intelligence
2. improve the breadth of Gong usage - I want my peers to recognize that Gong offers more than call recordings and trackers
3. leverage Gong’s AI so our teams can move faster and act smarter

Hi, I want to ensure that my organization optimizes Gong to its full potential.  I believe Gong will provide great value to our customer facing teams IF we set it up correctly and enable the teams successfully. 

My goal is to be able to architect systems for my clients that take advantage of the Gong’s ever-growing suite of resources and functionality. It will allow me to help them develop better strategies and operational efficiencies that increase revenue.

I’m completing the Program Manager Launch Certificate because I want to understand Gong thoroughly before we roll it out. My goal is to make the implementation as smooth and efficient as possible - avoiding rework, catching anything I might otherwise miss, and getting a clear picture of which features we should stand up immediately versus later. I’m hoping the certification helps me save time overall, even if the training itself is long, by giving me the confidence that our setup is done correctly the first time.
