Looking to have a solid understanding of the full feature set and be able to explain both the benefit of using the tool and how to use it well.

What is your goal in becoming Launch certified?

I believe that learning about Gong has two benefits. On the one hand, it means building transferrable knowledge about a tool that is widely used across industries and global companies. On the other hand, it is a way to learn how to better leverage AI and technology for shaper business analytics outcomes.

I look forward to getting certified!

My goal in becoming Program Manager Launch Certified is to broaden my depth of knowledge of Gong- both for myself and the clients and stakeholders I’ll be working with in my role.

I am certain I’ll learn a lot about Gong through this Certification program, as it is continuously evolving and becoming a more effective revenue technology tool.

I think this answers all three questions: I’m looking to understand the Program Manager role and its responsibilities!

My goal in becoming Launch certified is to tighten the link between Gong and our Salesforce-driven GTM engine. I want to make onboarding, forecasting, and pipeline reviews more consistent and data-driven across our pods, and Gong is a leverage tool for that. Certification forces me to internalize the best practices deeply enough that I can operationalize them, not just understand them intellectually.

My overarching goal as a new Program Manager is to become an expert in my field. I want to soak up any and all information regarding Gong to be a leading example of truth and knowledge for my direct teams and beyond.

What do you want to learn?
I want to learn how to leverage Gong's analytics and reporting capabilities not just for tracking, but to build compelling, data-driven business cases. My goal is to identify specific metrics that clearly demonstrate the ROI of our Gong usage to stakeholders.

What is your goal in becoming certified?
My primary goal in becoming Launch certified is to transition from being a user of Gong to becoming the internal expert and strategist for my organization. I want to be the go-to person who can design and implement a scalable, effective Gong enablement program that truly ingrains it into our sales culture and processes.

Hi! You’ve reached a topic specifically for folks working through the Program Manager Launch Certification Study Guide. These Program Managers are working toward becoming Gong certified! If you’re a Gong Program Manager and would like to learn more about getting certified, please click here!

Hello Program Managers – welcome to the Gong Community! As we talked about in the Academy, being Gong certified means that you’ll visit the Community regularly to connect with other Gong users, help answer questions about Gong, learn from each other, and share your own ideas and best practices.

Another awesome aspect about the Community is that it connects you and other Gong customers directly with Gongsters (i.e., the folks who work at Gong). We pop in all the time to share news, answer questions, provide tips and tricks, and participate in the conversations our customers are having.

To kick off your involvement in the Gong Community (and your journey to becoming a certified Gong Program Manager), answer at least one of the following questions:

  1. What is at least one thing you want to learn while completing the Program Manager Launch Certification Study Guide?

  2. What is your goal in becoming Launch certified?

  3. What is one takeaway you’re hoping to gain from the Program Manager Launch Certification?

(If you want to answer more than one, that’s okay—feel free to share as much as you’d like!)

Congrats on getting involved in the Visioneer Community! Feel free to pop back over to Gong Academy when you’re finished to keep learning.

What is your goal in becoming Launch certified? I have been using Gong for a few years and feel like I just know enough to get dirty but want to be able to build and problem solve accordingly. I also would love to use it to build trackers and reporting to help our sales team be smarter about their sales and tracking.

Fill in my knowledge gaps and help our sellers and leaders become experts.

1. What is at least one thing you want to learn while completing the Program Manager Launch Certification Study Guide?
One key area I want to learn is how to tailor Gong IO’s implementation strategies for enterprise-scale rollouts, particularly how to align cross-functional teams and drive user adoption effectively. I’m eager to deepen my understanding of Gong IO-specific best practices and how they integrate with existing CRM architectures, like Salesforce, to maximize program impact.

2. What is your goal in becoming Launch certified?
My main goal in becoming Launch certified is to confidently lead Gong IO implementation projects from initiation through successful user adoption, ensuring clients realize measurable value quickly. I want to complement my experience as a Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Gong IO so I can bridge the gap between technical enablement and successful business outcomes for organizations adopting both platforms.

3. What is one takeaway you’re hoping to gain from the Program Manager Launch Certification?
I’m hoping to gain actionable frameworks and tools that I can immediately apply to streamline program management, stakeholder communication, and change management during Gong IO rollouts. Specifically, I’d like to walk away with proven approaches for measuring success and driving continuous improvement throughout the program lifecycle.

I’d like to learn how Gong Program Management differs from that of other platforms.

My goal in becoming certified is to ensure a smooth and complete implementation and onboarding as well as to be an efficient and effective admin to support my team in using Gong while also integrating it with our tech stack.
