Hello Program Managers – welcome to the Gong Community! As we talked about in the Academy, being Gong certified means that you’ll visit the Community regularly to connect with other Gong users, help answer questions about Gong, learn from each other, and share your own ideas and best practices. 

 

Another awesome aspect about the Community is that it connects you and other Gong customers directly with Gongsters (i.e., the folks who work at Gong). We pop in all the time to share news, answer questions, provide tips and tricks, and participate in the conversations our customers are having.  

 

To kick off your involvement in the Gong Community (and your journey to becoming a certified Gong Program Manager), answer at least one of the following questions:

  • I want to learn as much as I can about Gong; how we can use it as a customer facing organization - and not only utlization with Sales, but with Account Management. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  • Establish the foundation for future state ROI to retain Gong as a vendor.

I’m hoping to extract more useful insights that way we are maximizing on all the tools offerings.  

  1. What is your goal in becoming Launch certified?

I want to ensure a seamless Gong integration within my org.

My goal is to efficiently and effectively implement Gong and enable our teams to use Gong to it’s fullest potential. In doing this course, I hope to become an expert in the platform so that I can be a resource to our teams using the platform.

    I want to learn more about the tool and how it’s supposed to be use to be able to better and more efficiently use it in the future!

    With my experience in other Sales tools and preemptive research and studying, my goal is to learn something new that I did not already know!

  2. What is your goal in becoming Launch certified?

    I want to become an expert in all things Gong!​​​​​​​

  3. What is one takeaway you’re hoping to gain from the Program Manager Launch Certification?

    I would like to further understand the differences between the Gong certification (Both processes and other nuances) and similar Sales tools.

I’m looking forward to learn how Gong will help optimize our processes across our entire revenue spectrum.

While completing the Program Manager Launch Certification Study Guide, I’d like to learn more about Gong’s current platform to understand how it might fit our organization and where there are areas for further development or customization.
