I want to learn how to remove the friction in our sales execution while also delivering insights that advance improvements in our processes

• I want to learn the tactical best practices for configuring business settings, integrations, and data capture so we can seamlessly align the platform with our existing CRM and tech stack without disrupting the sales team's current daily workflows. 
• My goal is to establish a strong, data-driven governance framework. By mastering the configuration and launch strategy, I want to ensure high baseline adoption across the revenue org and establish our team as the internal Center of Excellence for this platform.
• I’m hoping to walk away with a repeatable change management blueprint that allows us to customize trackers and workspaces directly to our unique sales use cases, enabling us to turn raw conversation data into actionable coaching insights for frontline managers.

My goal in becoming Launch certified is to fully embrace the basics of the Gong platform to benefit my clients with intentional adoption and enablement.

Ultimately, my objective is to drive a successful Gong implementation across the organization by ensuring our sales representatives fully utilize the platform's capabilities while creating a seamless and effective adoption experience.

  • One thing I want to learn is how to best optimize Gong into our existing environment to drive as seamless of a transition as possible for our organization.  

• What is your goal in becoming Launch certified?

  • ​​​​​​​I want to to be of best support to our organization as we go through the Gong onboarding, implementation, and activation phases so we can be as efficient and effective as possible (with some anticipated bumps along the way).

One takeaway I’m hoping to gain from the Program Manager Launch Certification is a clearer, more practical framework for driving cross-functional launches end to end—especially how to align stakeholders, manage risks early, and keep execution on track.

  • One thing I want to learn is how best use Gong’s capabilities to align to our company’s strategy and market. Understanding what 2-3 things will move the needle.

  • My goal in becoming Launch certified is to provide our company and our sellers the best opportunity for success by having an impactful Program Manager.

• What is one takeaway you’re hoping to gain from the Program Manager Launch Certification?

  • One takeaway I’m hoping to gain is a strong base knowledge of the Gong platform with an understanding of all the resources available to me, as I’ll inevitably not have all the answers.

My goal in becoming Launch certified is to build the knowledge needed to be an Engagement Manager and support customers more effectively through their launches. I am hoping to sharpen my ability to guide teams through implementation, and ensure I’m delivering a consistent, high-quality experience that drives adoption and long-term value.

Hello everyone! I'm excited to be starting the Gong Program Manager Launch Certification and looking forward to learning from both the course and this community.

One of the biggest things I want to learn is how to build and scale a Gong program that delivers measurable business value, not just through platform administration, but by driving adoption, surfacing meaningful insights, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the revenue organization.

My goal in becoming Launch Certified is to become a well-rounded Program Manager who can effectively support our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Enablement teams. I want to help turn conversation intelligence into actionable insights that improve coaching, strengthen cross-functional alignment, and support better business outcomes.

One takeaway I'm hoping to gain from this certification is a proven framework for building a sustainable Gong program with strong governance, reporting, and user engagement. I want to leave the program with the confidence to help our organization maximize the value of Gong as a strategic revenue intelligence platform, not just a conversation recording tool.
