The HubSpot integration is important for us because it syncs call data to opportunities, simplifies pipeline management, and improves reporting by merging Gong insights with CRM data.

The most important integration for us will be with our Zoho CRM. Integrating Gong with Zoho will allow us to centralize our data, align sales and support efforts, and gain deeper insights into customer interactions. While Zoho doesn’t offer a native integration, we’re actively exploring ways to connect it, either through ZSetup or by configuring it via API. This integration will be key to ensuring we can fully leverage Gong’s capabilities and improve our overall workflow and decision-making processes.

Hubspot, Salesforce, and Snowflake are without a doubt the most important for us.

They help Gong integrate into the bigger picture of our customer’s GTM and product data.

Given I work as a consultant revops architect, the integration piece across your tech partners is key.

Adjacent to it is the roadmap for developing current and next integrations, and seeing how Gong Forecast evolves to cater to consumption based models that are not entirely sales agent driven.

From my previous interactions with clients’ tech stacks, I usually find the CRM integration to be the most critical piece to fuel Gong’s analysis. Having access to existing prospect/customer data from the start definitely helps in showing Gong’s value.
