Key integrations!


The most important integration for us will be with our Zoho CRM. Integrating Gong with Zoho will allow us to centralize our data, align sales and support efforts, and gain deeper insights into customer interactions. While Zoho doesn’t offer a native integration, we’re actively exploring ways to connect it, either through ZSetup or by configuring it via API. This integration will be key to ensuring we can fully leverage Gong’s capabilities and improve our overall workflow and decision-making processes.


Hubspot, Salesforce, and Snowflake are without a doubt the most important for us.

They help Gong integrate into the bigger picture of our customer’s GTM and product data. 


The integration that i believe is the most important is to sales navigator! This helps when looking for key decision makers and tracking engagement activity 


Salesforce integration is key because it’s already integrated with lots of other tools.


The HubSpot integration will be the most important integration for us allowing for better forecasting, pipeline management and deal closure.


The CRM with Salesforce is definitely critical for us. The team has such a different view into their opps now which I think will really help them in knowing where the deal really stands and closing them


HubSpot integration is a must! Smart CRM together with gong brings the value we really need


The SalesForce and Outlook integrations will help solve some of the Einstein challenges we faces today around AE activities.  Also excited to build out report to help support out Blind Zebra initiatives.


Office 365, telephony system integration, and ProductBoard if we are able to get that platform. 


Salesforce! It’s the key source of truth for the org.


SFDC is definitely the most important one, but we love other integrations such as Slack, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ChiliPiper and 6sense too!


The Salesforce integration is key at my org as it is our single source of truth.


The Salesforce integration for Gong is going to be huge as it covers many of the gaps that Einstein Activity Capture has. I’m also looking forward to learning more about the ZoomInfo and HubSpot integrations.


The salesforce integration is crucial for us. The revenue prediction is amazing to have and we can give the best information at all times.


The Salesforce integration will be valuable to our team. It’s great that you can update fields in either platform and have it almost immediately reflected in the other.
