Hi! You’ve reached a topic specifically for folks working through the Program Manager Launch Certification Study Guide. These Program Managers are working toward becoming Gong certified! If you’re a Gong Program Manager and would like to learn more about getting certified, please click here!

Hello Program Managers – welcome to the Gong Community! As we talked about in the Academy, being Gong certified means that you’ll visit the Community regularly to connect with other Gong users, help answer questions about Gong, learn from each other, and share your own ideas and best practices.

Another awesome aspect about the Community is that it connects you and other Gong customers directly with Gongsters (i.e., the folks who work at Gong). We pop in all the time to share news, answer questions, provide tips and tricks, and participate in the conversations our customers are having.

Your first assignment for the Launch Certification Study Guide is to answer at least one of the following questions:

  1. What is at least one thing you want to learn while completing the Program Manager Launch Certification Study Guide?

  2. What is your goal in becoming Launch certified?

  3. What is one takeaway you’re hoping to gain from the Program Manager Launch Certification?

(If you want to answer more than one, that’s okay—feel free to share as much as you’d like!)

Congrats on tackling the first of your Community assignments! Feel free to pop back over to Gong Academy when you’re finished to keep learning.

What is at least one thing you want to learn while completing the Program Manager Launch Certification Study Guide?

I recently transitioned into a Sales Enablement Specialist role at the same time my company decided to implement Gong, which gives me the opportunity and the responsibility to make sure that we make the most out of the platform. I want to learn how to drive and measure adoption of sales methodologies and initiatives, truly leverage call intelligence, and create a culture of continuous learning within the team.

What is your goal in becoming Launch certified?

to become highly proficient in Gong so I can make the most of the platform for our team, and to establish a structured approach to coaching, deal execution, and data-driven decision-making.

What is one takeaway you’re hoping to gain from the Program Manager Launch Certification?

I hope to gain a repeatable, scalable framework not just for rep coaching, but also to align sales execution with business objectives. I want to learn how to measure our sales initiatives’ real impact on revenue, pipeline health, and overall sales effectiveness

My goal for getting certified is to be a valuable resource to my org as we implement Gong. As the Gong SME, I want to make sure I understand the ins and outs of the product and bring in the best practices to ensure we’re making the most out of Gong!

Clare Moulder

My goal in becoming Launch Certified is to understand how our Gong was set up and if there are any improvements we can make going forwards.

I also want to improve my knowledge and understanding so that I can take over the administration of the site so that our original Launch Manager can move on to other projects.

As a new member of Gong’s Marketing Operations team, I’d like to fully understand how my team can utilize Gong to enhance the way we work within the marketing and sales org. I’m looking to discover all the tips and tricks on getting the most out of the Gong platform, and learn from other experts.
