Click on a Call and See Who Has Listened

I had a rep ask me if he can click on a recorded call and see who all has listened. Is this possible? Could someone instruct me how to view this? Thank you!

Just confirmed with the team @Will Hayes — you cannot see specifically who listened to a call in Gong, only that someone listened. However, you can see which calls a user listened to on the Stats page.

HI @Will Hayes! Apologies for the delayed response. I’m just getting back from PTO 🙂 I’m double checking this one with the team.

@Molly Kipnis thanks for confirming that this isn’t available today. It would, however, be a useful feature.

When doing a deal review (especially in a post-win/loss analysis) it would be invaluable to understand whether and how our team members were making us (or not) of the information Gong provides. Gong’s “infinite memory” is only delivering value if it’s accessed and used.
