Hi everyone! 👋 I’m a Customer Success Manager and one of my customers reported that they can’t hear any sound in the meeting recordings that I’ve shared with them.

They tried with two different recordings (that worked well for me) and two different browsers.

 

Has any of you encountered this issue? I couldn’t find anything on the Help Center. Any tips would be appreciated! 🙇

 

PS. other than that I love Gong, it’s probably the first time one of my customers reported an issue to me 😀
