For some reason, the recording kept going for another 40 minutes after my presentation and call ended. I know I can send a snippet to other people but is there a way to delete that extra 40 minutes of the recording?
+4There is not. You would need to download the call, edit/ crop it and upload manually. You may not want to do this if there are already call comments. If you do re-upload you will want to consider re-associating the call to an account/ opportunity.
Did you know that you can automatically stop Gong recording if there are no internal participants? See this help center article, and the section “Should Gong record when no internal participant is present?” It’s possible the extra 40 minutes was because an external participant left the web conference open.
