Anyone know how I can filter for all calls within my company that I’ve listened to? Can’t seem to find it 😅

Here is a step-by-step on how to do this:
Step#1: Create a call category that specifically buckets internal company calls only. If you are not a Business Admin in Gong, you will need to request this from your manager/Admin. Here are the instructions on How To Create a Call Category!

Step #2: Navigate to the Team Tab at the top toolbar → In the top right corner where ‘All Calls’ is selected, you can change this and select your new ‘Internal Calls Only’ call category→  Click into ‘Gong Usage’→ ‘Click into ‘Calls Listened too’ →  find your name and click into your stats.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

 

This will then show you all calls your listened to that were Internal Company calls!

Hi, I don’t see any button after I press Gong Usage 😞. And filtering for internal calls didn’t impact the page, it just gives me the information overload page.
