Gong and Calendly : Round robin events

Hi everybody, 

 

i´m new to Gong and i tried to search for a solution for Calendly within this community and help section.

 

I understand that gong personal links should be used in Calendly which i setup based on this help article https://help.gong.io/docs/en/set-up-calendly-to-work-with-gong

 

The problem is that the round robin event in calendly expects a custom link as well. I have three team members added to the round robin but still the event wants it`s own custom link. 

 

The question is how should we solve this. Is there anywhere a generic recording / consent link in Gong which i can use here?

    Hi again @Ralf Paschen! I’ve chatted with a few members of our team — this may be more of a Calendly issue than a Gong one, so I recommend reaching out to the folks at Calendly for further guidance. 

    Here’s a help article from Calendly to get you started in case you haven’t seen it. I hope this helps point you in the right direction!

    Hi @Molly Kipnis,

     

    thanks for the feedback. I see this as a missing feature within Gong as almost all our scheduling vendors using this approach. 

     

    Gong should consider to offer a generic scheduling link. That would be a solution that would help to overcome this issue.

     

    Anyhow i solved the problem by integration of using Zoom as native recording and disclaimer usage to overcome this problem, but it is a workaround not a solution.
