Will the Gong plugin work when added as a participant to a client's Microsoft Teams call vs. Zoom?

Hi @Melissa Disla - are you referring to the Gong Plugin for Outlook here (https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/office/WA200001795?tab=Overview)? If so, this is an application you can download to your Outlook calendar that helps incorporate Gong dynamic links or consent page links when scheduling meetings.
