I have 2 team members that recently notetaker did not join the meeting, they had to invite it and during the meeting notetaker left. They verified that there was no drop in conversation when it left. I have viewed the settings and nothing has changed on our end.
This started yesterday and is a cause for alarm as these meetings have important details that need to be recorded. Other issues in the past are not similar in the past community posts, so I am writing this up to see if there have been any changes on Gong’s side that we are not aware of or if this is an issue with Gong.
