Is there a way to watch recordings with the grid view?

Forum|alt.badge.img

I would like to watch a recording and see the reaction of participants who might not be speaking. Gong recordings only provide the speaker view from what I can tell. Is there a way to see the participant grid view while watching a recording?

Hi there @Carolyn Katz @Austin, the short answer is unfortunately no, there is no way to view all speakers on a Gong call.

However, this has been submitted as a feature request to our Product team for consideration.

Similar to Austin, I am hoping to see the gallery view, so I can provide feedback on non-verbal active listening. As Austin mentioned, that is not (apparently?) possible today, as the recording defaults to displaying only the speaker.

Hi Molly! Adding in another vote for the Product team to add this feature. It is a frequent request from our sales team especially.

Adding in another vote on this! Nonverbal feedback is really valuable to see how people are reacting and this is completely lost currently
