Mulitple The call you shared was viewed Emails

Every time I click on the recording and analysis is ready email to generate the follow-up email I receive around 10 emails telling me that the call I shared was viewed. I would understand if I received 1 for me viewing it, but 10 is a bit obnoxious. I didn’t change my notifications when it started.

To my knowledge, there isn’t currently a way to turn off these notifications in Gong. I’d recommend two options in the meantime:

  1. Create a Gmail filter (as shown below) to automatically route the “call has been viewed” emails to a specific folder, which can help reduce inbox clutter.

  2. Submit this as product feedback to our team using this link. I totally understand the frustration and our Product team would be happy to consider this as a future improvement.

Is it as designed to have multiple versions of the same email go to someone? It seems more like a bug since it wasn’t happening before, but started at the end of October. Yes, I did wait on this because I didn’t have the time to check what the solution would be. Here’s an example of the emails I’m getting.
