I’m getting a notification that my Gong AI Summary isn’t available for a call. Anyone know what we did wrong here? It’s the first time I’ve seen this happen.

Hi @TLee McNabb! If the call was internal, a call spotlight won’t be generated. If you need one, you can request it from our Support team here: https://help.gong.io/hc/en-us/requests/new

Thanks Molly. Is this a settings issue on our side or is that the default for internal calls, to not create a call spotlight? We're addicted and want them for all calls. 🙃


@TLee McNabb It’s a default for internal calls, but our Support team can calculate a Spotlight manually  for you if you want to reach out to them! You can do that here: https://help.gong.io/hc/en-us/requests/new 


@Molly Kipnis Is this something we can enable ourselves or will I have to request this for all internal calls?

Good news folks, as if this morning, Call Summary and Ask Anything are now available for all internal calls! (In English, GA for calls in additional languages (all hyper optimized languages except Hebrew) planned for June.) @Lyli Garcia @TLee McNabb
