I’m getting a notification that my Gong AI Summary isn’t available for a call. Anyone know what we did wrong here? It’s the first time I’ve seen this happen.

Thanks Molly. Is this a settings issue on our side or is that the default for internal calls, to not create a call spotlight? We're addicted and want them for all calls.
Good news folks, as if this morning, Call Summary and Ask Anything are now available for all internal calls! (In English, GA for calls in additional languages (all hyper optimized languages except Hebrew) planned for June.)
