I love the feature that reads along with the transcript, but is there any way of darkening or changing the color of the shaded transcript that’s being spoken?   Sometimes my eyes have trouble seeing the highlighted area.  My eyes aren’t as good as they used to me.   This might just be a “me” problem.

Hi @John Sinclair! Unfortunately, this is not currently possible in Gong. However, you are not the first person to raise this issue.

I’d highly recommend submitting this as a feature request so that our Product team can prioritize it. You can do that on the righthand side of this page.
