Hi @Ed Franklin! Thanks for surfacing this question. As you noted, this situation manifests similarly to having multiple people in a conference room however given that one of the sales reps is on site, there is a possible workaround. The key step will be inviting both the prospect and the conference room (in addition to the remote product expert) and having them join the meeting as follows.Remote Product Expert: As usualOnsite Sales Person:
- Camera: ON
- Mic: ON
- Speaker: ON
Onsite Prospect:
- Camera: ON
- Mic: ON
- Speaker: OFF
Conference Room:
Camera: ON
Mic: OFF
Speaker: OFF
This way, Gong will capture the unique audio of the Onsite Sales Person and the Onsite Prospect and attribute it to them, Gong will capture the screen share demo and it will be visible on the large screen in the conference room and as long as the prospect and sales person aren’t sitting too close to each other there shouldn’t be issues with the other person’s device picking up someone’s audio or with feedback when the prospect is talking and the sound is coming out of the rep’s device (the sales person may choose to flip their volume off when the prospect speaks since it could still be somewhat distracting in the room with the slight delay between the live and speaker audio). The camera settings above are optional and would mostly impact the Product Expert’s ability to see the people in the room and would only show in Gong in the portion of the call where there isn’t a screen share since that will otherwise occupy the screen.
