Is there a way to have Gong look for a phrase in emails instead of calls? When I type a phrase in the search bar it only shows me where that phrase has been said in sales calls but I want to search emails as well.

Currently, there’s no way to search for phrases in emails in Gong. I highly encourage you to submit this as a a feature request to our Product team! You can do that on the righthand side of this page.
Here are two filters you may find helpful:
- “Contact email” searches for all calls associated with a contact with this email
- “Lead contact” searches for all calls associated with a lead with this email
