I don’t see any transcript option when I embed a call in the external site. Is there any way to turn on?

Hi Ayumi, Can you provide more information on where you are emedding the call? You can view and copy the transcript of a call here https://help.gong.io/hc/en-us/articles/360049472412-See-a-call-transcript and when you use our API, you can export call data including transcripts here: https://help.gong.io/hc/en-us/articles/360042449431-What-the-Gong-API-provides. Does that help?

Hi Ayumi, I wanted to let you know that I spoke with our product team and currently the transcript is not available in our embedded player. However, I did let them know your desire to have this feature so if it does come available in the future, we will keep you posted!
