Speaker breakdown on calls shared with customers?

I have had one of our Account Execs ask about the speaker breakdown on a call that has been shared externally. For some reason, the speaker breakdown isn’t there when sharing with external organisations. I have looked at settings etc to see if it is something on my end but can’t see anything. 

What am I missing?

Hi again @Paddy Higgins! This was actually a bug on our side (thank you for surfacing!) that has now been resolved. Please let me know if you’re still experiencing any troubles with this!
