I’m trying to track my daily activity accurately in Gong, but at the moment I can only log activity if it’s a call made through Gong or an email sent directly from Gong.
A large part of my engagement happens outside of Gong, for example conversations on Instagram and LinkedIn, plus inbound calls that aren’t being captured, so my calendar doesn’t reflect the actual volume of work I’m doing.
I’m currently building a lead funnel using Jotform → Zapier → Gong, but Jotform is becoming costly.
Are there alternative form tools that integrate with Zapier and can flow into Gong, or does Gong offer any native lead-capture form functionality?
Finally, is there a way to manually add or log activities in Gong so I can record the work I’ve completed that day?
Any guidance would be hugely appreciated, I’m keen to make sure my activity is fully visible and tracked properly.
