Gong for Salesforce is not installed Error

Hi.  I connected Gong to Salesforce, then installed Gong for Salesforce and completed the configuration.  In Gong, It’s still showing Gong for Salesforce is not installed.  

 

Can anyone help diagnose what I did wrong, or didn’t do?

Hi @David Griffiths! It can take up to 24 hours for the connection to show up in Gong after it’s installed. If you still don’t see that the connection has been installed, please open up a Support ticket so our team can take a look. I hope this helps!
