The file referenced in the downloadMediaUrl in the /v2/calls endpoint has an upload limit of 1.5GB.
It works fine for telephony calls, but practically speaking this is pretty small for high res long conference calls. We help a lot of Gong customers migrate calls from other products, and spend a lot of time compressing media files to fit within the 1.5GB limit.
Is there a way to increase the limit, if not for all calls could we log a ticket to have it increased for a specific customer for a limited period of time to help migrations?
