Hi there,

I was wondering if i could filter out the Login event-logs using Auditing API of gong to get the logins of al the user in my organization . I tried using AccessLogs as event-type but it has long list of logs including logins and i couldn’t find a way to filter only login eventlogs.

can someone please help me getting the login event logs or is there any filter to do it .

Thanks

Hi @Vibhu Jain - thank you for your patience on this one!

Generally speaking, a user does not login every time they use Gong. Most companies have an authentication method that will require re-authentication after a certain amount of time. Prior to this session-timeout a user can access Gong without explicitly logging in. This session timeout varies pretty significantly according to authentication method and identity provider policy.

For this reason, filtering audit logs for logins is not (at least in most cases) a very useful metric. Currently, there is no option to provide a filter for this endpoint.
