Thanks for the response! My request is if anyone has pre-baked them WITHOUT being a challenger customer (sort of how there are freely available pre-baked MEDDPICC trackers).

I’ve been trying to create smart trackers and auto-scorecards for Challenger but have had a heck of a time getting them to understand the difference between a commercial teach and teaching about a feature. The scorecards give 5/5 for Tailor (because we use their name, and mention their company name - thats personalization) and 5/5 Take Control scorecards when we ASK the customer to lead “What would you like to do for next steps?”

Frustrating that no one at Gong can help me although I keep getting told they have trained Challenger methodology in their AI.
