Start using The Gong API from external application

We are developers of b2b SaaS application, and we are not Gong customers.

But our users would like to integrate their Gong account into our system, and we would like to use Gong’s API. Our clients have requested integration with their Gong account to get meetings minutes.

How can I create a developer account to start working on an integration with Gong API without access to the customer account?

I was trying https://app.gong.io/welcome/developer/sign-up , but after the form submission nothing happens and it just reloading page.
Probably the error message - dev.partner.onboarding.invalid.corporate.email 
 

What should we do to become dev partner, is described scenario is appropriate or we can not integrate our application with your API?

Hi there ​@herman2lv — you can integrate with Gong’s API without being a Gong customer, but you do need to sign up for a Gong developer account.

Are you still running into issues submitting the form? If so, I can connect you with someone internally to help :)

Thank you for your answer!
It would be great if you connect me with someone to help to sign up for a Gong Developer account, because I’m still receiving dev.partner.onboarding.invalid.corporate.email on the form submission.
