Will fetching Call briefs via API be supported?

Hi Gong team,

I've set up a Call brief in Agent Studio (AI Briefer) and it works great in the UI. I'd like to be able to retrieve the brief output programmatically via API.

I noticed the existing GET /v2/entities/get-brief endpoint is built specifically for CRM entities (Account, Deal, Contact, Lead), so it doesn't cover Call briefs. Is there a plan to add a dedicated API endpoint for retrieving Call brief results?

I found a community post from ~5 months ago where a Gong support rep mentioned the relevant endpoints are "currently in alpha" — is that still the case, and is there an ETA for public availability?

Thank you!

You’re right that the documented GET /v2/entities/get-brief endpoint is focused on CRM entities (Account, Deal, Contact, Lead) today, not Call briefs.

At the moment, there isn’t a GA, fully documented public API dedicated to Call briefs. The broader “Brief & AMA” API surface (including support for more brief types) is still in limited beta behind feature flags, so that earlier “alpha” comment is effectively still true. We don’t have a public ETA we can share yet.

If you’d like early access when it’s available for your org, the best path is to work with your CSM / Revenue Architect so they can flag your interest in the Brief & AMA public API program.

This will be useful when released. I am working with a Gong customer now and I am having to do this using automations and creating summaries using an LLM instead.

@Nisha Baxi - adding a second request for this feature or something similar for pushing AI Briefs into our CRM.

You were able to get AI Briefs into your CRM? Or how are you getting them for your client outside of Gong?
