Zoom Phone Calls Inconsistently Logging--Anyone already solved for this?

We use Zoom Phone for nearly all of our phone calls, and we are finding that call attempts and shorter recordings are not consistently getting to either gong or our CRM (Salesforce).  We see maybe 1 out of 3 in Salesforce.

We are stumped.  

We were wondering if anyone else had seen this behavior and already solved for it.
