Our April Visioneer Community Meetup is a wrap! Thank you to everyone who joined - we’re thrilled to see our small but mighty group growing! 💪🏻
We were joined by Viken Eldemir, the CEO of DataChat, who shared how his team uses Gong to better develop their product and influence roadmap priorities.
Like many, Viken started with a resistant attitude towards Gong, considering it to be like “big brother”. That changed quickly when he saw the positive business impact Gong had for his team by getting product feedback directly from the customer.
Fast forward to today, and Gong is a “must have” tool for him - bringing it to his new organization within his first week of joining!

A hot topic amongst Enablement/RevOps communities is cadence tools. Many procurement teams are pushing Enablement/RevOps to consolidate to one tool. The general consensus with the group was that there is not yet one tool that does everything extremely well (CI, cadence, etc.).
The group, however, expressed interest in having a session on Gong Engage both with a product manager and a user. There is a desire to learn about the rapid changes Gong is making to invest in Engage.
