Happy May, Gongsters!
We’ve officially wrapped our May meetup and I’m thrilled to share that our community is blossoming! 🌷Welcome to all our new members!
We were joined today by
Kevin walked us through live (and ready to use!) examples of how he saves his reps time by capturing information from Gong calls directly into sales opportunities.
The flows Kevin shared include:
- Creating new contacts and/or enriching existing contacts (name, title, email)
- Creating contact roles using call participants
- Using call info to update opportunity fields (think: competition)
As a result of his initiatives, not only is Kevin saving his reps time (and making his sales leaders very happy), his team also saw deal velocity drop from 120 days to 70 in one quarter!
With those kinds of results, the conversation had all of our thinking caps on and activated so that we can duplicate and reap the same benefits as Kevin and the Terminus team!
