PDF Manual for Gong

There is not. The Help Center is an excellent resource that is well designed and continually updated.

But if you can’t find an answer there and the YouTube videos just don’t do, I guess I’m forced to rely on virtual assistant Bruno.

We do offer a Gong Admin resources PDF for folks who register for the LIVE Getting Started with Gong: Admin Overview customer training. Once you register, you can scroll to the bottom of the page to download it.

@Molly Kipnis Hi Molly, I realize I’m writing to you a year after you posted the comment about how there is a Gong Admin resources PDF available for folks who sign up for the `LIVE Getting Started with Gong: Admin Overview` customer training call. Unfortunately it doesn’t look like that document is available on that page any longer. Is there any other way we can go about getting access to that file in 2023? Additionally, we would like to have our developers make use of the Gong API; are there any documents that you’d recommend for them?

Hi @Andrea Parker! The PDF is still there, it’s just collapsed on the registration page. You should be able to download it if you’re logged in.
