HELLLOOO friends!

Question: We are on month 3 of rollout. 60% increase in engagement in 1 month, woohoo! Now I’m thinking it’s time to start using scorecards. Anyone have tips to share on how to help it be successful? I also want to keep it simple, so tips for that too?
