Gong AI Agents Best Practice Contest

Terms and Conditions

No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Organizer

   The organizer is Gong.io Inc., P.O. Box 190250, San Francisco, CA 94119.

2. Eligibility

   The contest (“Contest”) is open to individuals who:

   1. Are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia aged eighteen (18) years or older;
   2. Have an active Visioneer Community account.

   Employees of Organizer and their immediate family members may not participate.

3. Contest Period

   The Contest begins March 9, 2026, once the post goes live on the Visioneers page, and ends March 20, 2026 at 12:00 PM CST. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. All entries become the property of the Organizer.

4. How to Enter

   1. Log into the Visioneer Community.
   2. Reply to the official contest thread.
   3. Submit a post or short video explaining how you use Gong AI Agents in your workflow, including:
      • The AI Agent used
      • The process or workflow
      • The results or impact achieved

   Participants may optionally share a version of their submission on LinkedIn for additional consideration, though this is not required.

5. Winners

   Entries will be reviewed by representatives of the Organizer based on overall quality, usefulness, and engagement within the community. Organizer reserves the right to select the winner at its sole discretion. One winner will be selected.

   If any winner cannot be contacted within five (5) calendar days of first notification attempt, or if any winner rejects his/her prize, or in the event of noncompliance with these Terms and Conditions, such prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries.

6. Prize

   Grand Prize

   One (1) winner will receive a 30-minute virtual meeting with Gong CEO Amit Bendov. The meeting will take place via Zoom and will be scheduled by Gong and coordinated by the Organizer. The winner may be asked to meet with a Gong representative in advance to help prepare for the discussion. The prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.

   Participation Reward

   The first ten (10) participants who submit valid entries will receive one (1) Gong mug (approximate retail value: $40 USD). Participation rewards are subject to availability and may be substituted with an item of equal value.

   All details and other restrictions of the prize not specified in these Terms and Conditions will be determined by Organizer in its sole discretion. Prizes are subject to availability and Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value for any reason without giving notice. Any contest-related expenses, including federal, state, and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winners.

7. Limitation of Liability; Disclaimer of Warranties

   By participating, entrants and winners agree to release and hold harmless Organizer, its parent company, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, employees, officers, and directors (collectively, “Released Parties”), from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost, or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury, and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in the Contest, or possession, acceptance, and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Contest-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery.

   In no event will the Released Parties be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your participation in the Contest. In no event shall the Released Parties’ total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed costs associated with entering the Contest. Without limiting the foregoing, the Contest and all prizes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Use of Data

   By participating in the Contest, entrants hereby agree to Organizer’s collection and usage of their personal information. Personal information provided in conjunction with the Contest is subject to Organizer’s privacy policy available at www.gong.io/privacy-policy.

9. Governing Law; Disputes

   The Contest and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any dispute in connection herewith shall be resolved in the federal and state courts located in San Francisco County, California.
