I am new to Gong and am working on an adoption plan for my segment. Does anyone have any tips for adoption that really helped everyone buy in to using it?

Hi Ryan! Welcome to the Gong Family! One of my favorite things to provide customers is this link to our Incredible Kick off Kit https://pages.gong.io/incredible-kickoff/ . This has some pretty great ideas on how you can hit the ground running. Take a peek at the scavenger hunt template and see if you can use that with a bit of company swag or gift cards to get people excited and in the tool. Also,Top down communication will help by leaps and bounds. Have your executive sponsor send out a video on why you chose Gong and how important it will be for them to uplevel their own game (not used as a stick or big brother).
