Notifications for Scorecards

Hi all!

We’ve recently just set up scorecards for our teams.  It would appear though that when a scorecard is completed, notifications are sent to a number of people.  I can’t find anywhere to configure this so it just goes to the team leader and the call owner, for instance?

@Todd Morgan  I am curious to know where the notifications is firing from as I don’t recall seeing anything in Gong that triggers a notification “when a scorecard is completed”.

2 questions:

  1. Is it possible that your company is using Gong for Salesforce, which pushes scorecard results to Salesforce, and the notification is being generated from Salesforce workflow/ automation? 
  2. Or is it possible that there is a Gong notification being triggered using a Stream that notifies people that a call meeting a certain criteria is ready for scoring?
