Export an Activity Report

Hi everyone, 

Does anyone know if there’s a way to export an activity report or if something similar can be created? We’re looking for data beyond calls and call stats. Thank you in advance!

Yes! If you go into your settings you can scroll down to the reports section and run a utilization report. Select detailed report and you can get information around all activity (logins, calls logged & listened to, number of comments, number of scorecards given, etc.). This will show up in your inbox as a CSV file.

Thank you for this! I was hoping we can get more activity-based data (meetings, emails, etc) not so much on the calls themselves.

Hey @Molly Kipnis and team - similar to nnagaty, I’m interested in running reports that look at activity-based data such as meetings, emails, etc. We are currently tracking non-recorded meetings in particular, so this is key to pull. Can you help? Thanks. D
