I believe the answer is no but I wanted to confirm. I got the below question from a customer/partner.
(I think a reference product feature would be Outreach KAIA which offers real-time info but I have not seen it well adopted).
Verbatim question from Partner: Hey does Gong do real-time popups while you're on the call? Like if Gong hears something, you see something on screen that suggests what to do/say next.
Hi, @AKappel! Hope you had a nice weekend! This is currently available if the customer/partner has Zoom (they would need to download the Gong for Zoom app to see this information). Click here for a help doc - to be clear, at the current time, this will show things like Interaction metrics/alerts, but will not have a sort of script where “if Gong hears this, display this in Zoom”. If this is what the customer/partner is looking for, or if the customer/partner uses a web conferencing platform outside of Zoom, let me know what it is and I can add a request to our Product Team.
