How does my email have a 12.3% click rate without any links in it?

Hi there,

 

One of my SDRs has an email in her sequence that has no links in it, but the reporting is showing a click rate of 12.3%.

 

Can anyone tell me why this would be the case? Gong doesn’t track unsubscribe link clicks in its click rate reporting, does it?

    Hey Symon, does your SDR have any links in her signature? LinkedIn, company website, etc? It could come from there, I believe signature clicks count towards the email click rate!

      I was going to ask the same as Sara, could it be the email signature?
