I think what Nisha shared is perfect and will give you plenty to work through!

The only thing I’ll add in is this short video on customizing deal boards. You’ll get to this at some point on the certification path but I think it’s well worth your while to prioritize this and start to think about how you can move your team beyond calls and coaching (which are very important and foundational to overall success with Gong) to managing their pipeline and ensuring that reps and leaders have the visibility they need to spot risks, strategize and win more business.
