We are starting to mine our internal calls and emails to personalize some of our outreach to similar companies of current clients and closed-lost opportunities and are starting to scratch the surface with our Account AI summaries.  

Questions for the community - what prompts have you seen as most successful for similar initiatives that you may be trying within your own organizations?  Have you seen more success in mining data from long-term existing relationships or from more recent wins and losses?
